The method ## How the work runs at every stage of the job 01 ### How a project starts No figure is issued before someone visits the site. What is there gets measured, what will be covered gets recorded, and what was found gets written down, including whatever was not foreseen and will weigh on the schedule. The name appears on the contract and on the site board, and that is the person the client calls when something changes, rather than a general number where the answer depends on who picks up. - One named lead per project, from survey to handover - Direct contact with someone who knows the process - Our own teams on the critical trades, medium voltage included 03 ### Working outside Portugal In Belgium, Germany and England, the applicable standard and the documentation required on site are those of the country, and inspection is local. So preparation is done before the team leaves: solving it on arrival costs weeks. - Standards and documentation checked for the country where the work happens - Materials chosen for the conformity required at destination, not at origin - Records kept in the form the local inspectorate requires 04 ### What remains after we leave Work done properly has to be verifiable months later, by someone who was not there on the day.
