Sizing by what
is measured, not estimated

Many of the industrial HVAC systems we come across are oversized. They cost more to buy, more to run, and cycle constantly, which shortens equipment life.

We measure the real load: occupancy, internal gains, building envelope and hours of use. The system is sized from those measured values.

Survey before quotation
Measured on site. The figure comes from what is there, not from a price list, and any later change is flagged before it happens.
Delivery with a named lead
Whoever surveys the project sees it through, and the name appears on the contract and the site board.
Documented handover
Measurement records, test reports and photographic records, which allow the work to be checked months later.

In detail

What sits
behind each one

01

Production building and warehouse

In a large volume the difficulty lies mainly in air distribution. Too much air in one place and too little in another costs money and solves nothing. The calculation starts from the thermal load measured on site, with the occupancy and the process that are actually there.

  • Thermal load measured in the space, with doors, loading bays and process running
  • Ducted distribution sized by zone, with independent control
  • Airflow balancing verified and recorded at handover
02

Technical space

Server rooms, laboratories and process areas run to tight tolerances: one degree of drift is already a failure. Here continuity of service weighs more than equipment cost, and that is what sets the level of redundancy.

  • Redundancy sized against the cost of downtime, not against a generic rule
  • Temperature and humidity control with continuous logging
  • Load test before handover
03

Industrial office

The administrative area inside the plant has different demands from the hall next to it: noise, comfort and zone-by-zone control. VRV and VRF systems allow each area to be handled independently without duplicating equipment.

  • Variable refrigerant flow, with each zone regulating independently
  • Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG and Samsung, chosen on parts availability and service support
  • Inverter technology, which lowers consumption compared with fixed-speed (direct-on-line) systems

Questions that deserve
a direct answer

What is the difference between VRV and VRF?

They are the same variable refrigerant flow technology. VRV is Daikin’s registered name; VRF is the generic term used by other manufacturers.

Can you install climate control in a building already in operation?

Yes. Installation is phased, with agreed shutdowns. The works plan is settled before starting.

Which brands do you install?

Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG and Samsung. The choice depends on load, control zones and the support available in the country.

Does the 60% saving always apply?

No. It is the maximum gain of inverter technology compared with fixed-speed (direct-on-line) systems, and depends on usage profile. The calculation is done per installation.
