1. Who we are
This website belongs to W Champion Unipessoal, Lda, a Portuguese company with registered office at Rua Manuel Martins Alves n.º 80 A, 2130-143 Santo Estêvão, Portugal, company and tax number (NIPC) 514 575 492.

2. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the website wchampion.pt, in its Portuguese, English, German and Dutch versions. By using it, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
3. What the website is, and what it is not
The website presents the company and its solar energy, industrial HVAC, construction and electrical infrastructure services, and lets you request contact or a proposal. It is not a shop: no contracts are concluded and no payments are made through it.
4. Published information
The technical information is general in nature. Capacity, output, savings, schedule and cost figures depend on the actual conditions of each site and are only defined in the written proposal. We take care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it does not replace a study of your case.
5. Enquiries, proposals and contracts
Sending an enquiry through the form creates no obligation for either party. A proposal only binds WChampion once it is issued in writing, and for the validity period stated in it.
Each project is governed by the contract and the accepted proposal, which prevail over these terms in everything they cover. Equipment warranties are those of the respective manufacturers; the installation warranty is the one set out in the contract. None of this affects the rights the law grants to consumers.
6. Use of the website
You agree to use the website in good faith and in accordance with the law. You may not use the form to send unlawful, offensive or advertising content, attempt to access non-public areas, overload the server, or collect the content automatically and on a large scale for commercial reuse.
7. Intellectual property
The WChampion brand, logo, texts, photographs, films and website design belong to WChampion or are used with the permission of their owners, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the pages and share links to them. Any other reproduction, in whole or in part, requires written permission.
8. Links to other websites
The website contains links to third-party websites, such as YouTube or the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
9. Liability
WChampion is liable in accordance with the law. It is not liable for interruptions or faults of the website caused by maintenance, by third parties or by reasons beyond its control, nor for decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information published here, without a written proposal. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, or consumers’ rights.
10. Personal data and cookies
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, and what the website stores on your device in the Cookie Policy.
11. Complaints Book
You may file a complaint in the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Electrónico), or write to us directly at [email protected].
12. Alternative dispute resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. The body competent for the area of WChampion’s registered office (municipality of Benavente) is CNIACC, Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (National Centre for Consumer Dispute Information and Arbitration): www.cniacc.pt, [email protected], Rua D. Afonso Henriques, 1, 4700-030 Braga, Portugal, telephone +351 253 619 107.
The full list of alternative dispute resolution bodies is available on the Portuguese Consumer Portal. This information is provided under Article 18 of Portuguese Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September.
13. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection granted to you by the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you habitually reside.
Disputes are settled by the courts that have jurisdiction under the legal rules, including those that protect consumers, which nothing in these terms sets aside. Between businesses, and unless the contract provides otherwise, the Judicial Court of the District of Santarém (Portugal) has jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
